We are looking for experienced, committed, confident and dynamic individuals to join our diverse team of youth workers at All Saints Youth Project in the heart of Kings Heath.
We need people who are passionate about giving young people  the chance to grow and to flourish, who would be willing to commit to giving their time to support young people, advocate for them, challenge them, teach them new skills and give them the opportunity to be who they can be.

 

Our values are important to us, these include being young people centered, kind and caring and we expect our youth workers to embody these.

We offer a supportive environment and training.

Our rates of pay are between £12.60 per hour up to £14.00 per hour, depending on youth work qualifications and experience.
