Inclusion + sessions are fun, varied and engaging group sessions developed by and for adults with additional needs.  The sessions are made up of a variety of activities, both social and practical and and are built around creating positive friendship groups with strong bonds who will be there to support one another and hep each other grow.

In our sessions, our groups learn and develop skills designed to help them live independently with confidence.  These include;

• cooking skills

• gardening skills

• shopping, cash handling and budgeting 

• arts, crafts and creativity

• relationships

 

Inclusion + isn’t just an onsite group, we often go offsite to continue our bonding and development and take part in activities suggested by the group.  These include and have included; nights to local pubs and restaurants, visits to the bowing alley and cinemas, day trips to the Black Country Museum, Drayton Manor and West Midlands Safari Park as well as weekend residentials to Butlins, Pontins and Condover Hall.
