Below, you'll find a list of frequently asked questions and their answers.  Hopefully, you'll find the answer to your question here...but if you don't, contact us and we'll be happy to get back you as soon as possible.

How much does it cost to come to All Saints?

IT'S FREE!

All Saints prides itself on the services, support and activities we offer and we also pride ourselves on the commitment to ensure all of those services are FREE!

We're a charity, so naturally we sometimes ask for donations (during our half-term holiday schemes and residential's for example) but these are always voluntary and never compulsory. We're here for any Young Person that needs us and we will never potentially exclude anybody by charging for what we do.

Are there any Postcode restrictions in coming to All Saints?

NO! WE WELCOME YOU WHEREVER YOU'RE FROM.

All Saints doesn't operate strictly within any one catchment area or cater for any postcode's over others.  We are inclusive and open to support you wherever you're from.  If you can get to us, then you can take advantage of the great support we offer and provide.

We DON'T offer transport however, so you will need to make sure you can get to us and back yourselves- but we're easy to get to from anywhere in Birmingham and if you're unsure, phone us at the office and one of our staff will be able to help you plan your journey.

Do I need to be referred by an organisation?

NO - WE ACCEPT AGENCY & SELF REFERRALS. YOU CAN EVEN JUST POP IN TO SPEAK TO US!

We have a huge range of available services that are here to support Young People and their families through a variety of different things with a variety of different people, one to one, in groups or even over the phone or online.

Some services are best to be referred to, such as counselling or any of the support groups and others you can simply drop in for and have a chat.  There are referral forms available to fill in online or print and fill in by hand if you prefer, but if you are unsure- give us a call and we will be happy to recommend the best way forward for you.

What ages do All Saints cater for?

OUR GROUPS ARE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 11-19...BUT THAT'S NOT ALL WE OFFER!

All Saints Youth Project is for Young People aged 11-19, or up to age 25 with additional needs.  Our groups are for Parents/Carers of Young People within this game range too.

We also have an Inclusion + group that caters exclusively for adults with additional needs from age 19 upwards.

We're more than JUST a Youth Club.  All Saints offers support for all ages and situations.

If there is something you feel you need support with, call us and let us know and if we don't offer the support you need, maybe we can point you in the direction of where you can get it.

If there's a question you have for us...contact us now and we'll be happy to help!
